UKWA

UKWA is Britain’s leading trade organisation representing the third party logistics (3PL) sector. The Association has over 800 member companies operating nearly 10 million square metres of warehousing from around 2000 depots across the UK. Full members include warehousing and logistics providers as well as manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers. Around 100 Associate members are suppliers of products and services to the logistics industry. Logistics Partners is a Corporate Associate Member of UKWA www.ukwa.org.uk

The Royal Aeronautical Society

The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) is the world’s only professional body dedicated to the aerospace community, we exist to further the advancement of aeronautical art, science and engineering around the world. Established in 1866, the Society has been at the forefront of developments in aerospace, seeking to promote the highest professional standards and provide a central forum for sharing knowledge. Engineering Council

The Engineering Council is the UK regulatory body for the engineering profession. It holds the national registers of over 222,000 Engineers. Kieron Parnell is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) assessed by the RAeS. www.engc.org.uk

FEANI

FEANI is a federation of professional engineers that unites national engineering associations from 33 European Higher Education Area (EHEA) countries. Thus, FEANI represents the interests of over 6 million professional engineers in Europe. FEANI is striving for a single voice for the engineering profession in Europe and wants to affirm and develop the professional identity of engineers. Through its activities and services, especially with the attribution of the EUR ING professional title, FEANI aims to facilitate the mutual recognition of engineering qualifications in Europe and to strengthen the position, role and responsibility of engineers in society. Kieron Parnell achieved registration as a European Engineer (EUR ING) in 2019. www.feani.org

The APM Group

The APM Group (APMG) specialises in the accreditation and certification of organisations, processes and people, within a range of industries and management disciplines. Since the launch of PRINCE2 in 1996 the Group has, on behalf of The Office of Government Commerce (OGC), and in partnership with it, developed and managed the accreditation of PRINCE2. Lynn Parnell passed the exams to become a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner in Jan 2006. www.apmg-international.com

Society of Flight Test Engineers

The Society of Flight Test Engineers is a fraternity of engineers, whose principal professional interest is the flight testing of aerospace vehicles. The objective of the Society is the advancement of flight test engineering throughout the aerospace industry by providing technical and fraternal communication among individuals, both domestic and international, in the allied engineering fields of test operations, analysis, instrumentation and data systems.
